2020年复旦COPD单细胞转录组学

本数据集发表了大量单细胞转录组学信息，包括肿瘤、炎症等病人的组织、外周血及正常对照的外周血细胞转录组测序信息，数据由单细胞悬液制备、单细胞核酸分离、建库并经过Illumina NovaSeq 6000平台测序而来，为科研、发表论文论著的研究人员而使用。

This dataset contains a large volume of single-cell transcriptomic sequencing data, including transcriptome profiles from tissues and peripheral blood of patients with tumors, inflammation and other disorders, as well as peripheral blood cells from healthy normal controls. All data were generated through single-cell suspension preparation, single-cell nucleic acid isolation, library construction, and sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. This dataset is intended for researchers engaged in scientific research and academic paper publishing.
