Astrocyte CCN1 stabilizes neural circuits in the adult visual cortex

This upload contains the code for this manuscript and the processed 2photon dataset. The 2photon data set is in the "Twophotondata" zip folder. Included is an excel spreadsheet with information on the mouse ID, genotype, file name of the contralateral and ipsilateral eye files, whether monocular deprivation (MD) was performed or not. Naming structure of mat files "L013_000_000.mat"- "mouseID_fov_eye.mat" Last three digits are filenumber identifying contralateral or ipsilateral eye files. This information is in excel spreadsheet Data structure: Mouse ID: eg.
