The Tree, Town Planning and Parks Committee of Grafton Municipal Council issued policies and decisions on all town beautification matters. The minutes were created at least once per month and recorded chronologically. The committee was elected on 13 February 1907 and its first report was issued on 26 May 1908. These minutes document the discussions and decisions made on the maintenance and planting of street trees and the use of parks.
