Single cell RNA sequencing of a whole spinal cord homogenate from a mouse with EAE 4 days after symptom onset Overall design: A spinal cord from a wild type mouse with EAE 4 days after symptom onset was digested and single cells were separated using FACS sorting. The resulting single cell suspension was run through the 10x Genomics v2 pipeline.
