Feedstock for additive manufacturing containing PHA derived from biogenic CO2 preparation and printing protocols
收藏资源简介:
The CO2SMOS project is aiming to develop scalable, replicable and effective solutions to transform the biogenic carbon emissions into different sustainable bio-products. Among these products, PHB and mcl-PHA were tested as components of thermoplastic compounds intended for the production of feedstocks for material extrusion additive manufacturing technology (MEX-AM) also known as fused deposition modelling (FDM). The main aim of this document is the description of the protocols defined to prepare the feedstocks in form of calibrated filament and to print them by MEX-AM printers. The printing conditions reported in this document represent a printing guideline for the materials developed. The information showed in the current document was extracted and reworked by NADIR from CO2SMOS confidential Deliverables 5.2 “Pilot scale validation of biobased building blocks and polymers from biogenic CO2 into biodegradable biomaterials applications” elaborated by NOVAMONT and NADIR.
