The gene expression profiles of breast cancer (BCa) cells treated with sympathetic nerve-derived extracelllar vesicles (SNEVs).

Emerging evidence suggests that the autonomic nervous system contributes to tumor progression, but the molecular basis of nerve–tumor communication remains unclear. Here, we performed NGS analysis to investigate the characteristics of BCa cells treated with SNEVs. Overall design: To investigate the impact of SNEVs on the molecular characteristics of BCa cells, we checked gene expressions in rat BCa cell line RMT1 cells treated with EVs from differentiated PC12 cells (dPC12 cells). As controls RMT1 cells treated with EVs from undiffrentiated PC12 cells (uPC12 cells) and PBS were prepared. PC12 cell differentiation was induced in the presece of NGF.
