Overall baseline prevalence (measured by six Kato-Katz thick smears (Kato-Katzs) and/or one rapid urine based point-of-care circulating cathodic antigen test (POC-CCA) if trace readings are counted as positive (POC-CCA-t+) or negative (POC-CCA-t−)) and intensities (arithmetic mean eggs per gram of stool) of helminth infections in three primary schools in Mayuge District, Uganda.
