UM metastases pre and early during PKC inhibitor-based therapy

Transcriptome analysis was performed on patient-matched pre-treatment and early during treatment core biopsies of UM metastases derived from 11 patients treated with the PKC inhibitor-based therapy as part of a phase I clinical trial (NCT02601378). Patients were treated with PKC inhibitor IDE196 monotherapy (n=5) or with the combination of IDE196 with the HDM2 inhibitor, HDM201 (n=6).
