This study compares leaf litter production and decomposition from six Miscanthus genotypes to better understand their comparative potential contribution to carbon cycling across a range of morphologies. The dataset include the raw input data on the measures for different phenotypic measurements as well as the expected output data and the R scripts to input and process the raw input data.
The organism is Miscanthus planted in 2010. The biomass and litter drop data was collected between 2017-2018. The litter decomposition data was collected in 2018-2019
