Nitrate detection network as a basis for the identification of areas contaminated with nitrate: In 2020, according to the AVV area identification, all measuring stations of the measurement networks WFD, EEA and EU nitrate for initial identification (= 2020 designation measurement network) were combined. In Q3/2021, the expansion of the measuring network in the polluted areas was then carried out by the integration of two new measuring points. These are averages, which were calculated during the evaluation.
