A folder content is a Python script for integrated modeling of PFAS transport in groundwater through unsaturated and saturated zone. It was obtained by coupling freely available computer programs: HYDRUS (Šimůnek, et al., 2024), MODFLOW-2005 (Harbaugh, 2005) and MT3DMS (Zheng&Wang, 1999). There are also results of testing simulation with HYDRUS (HYD0) and MODFLOW-2005/MT3DMS (MOD0). Harbaugh A.W., 2005.
