The Agosta-90B Saad-class submarine presents a unique challenge in underwater navigation and survivability incontested zones. This paper introduces an integrated control framework that fuses depth-adaptive electrical countermeasure (ECM) systems with redundant inertial and magnetic navigation sensors, embedded into a modular microcontroller-based architecture. The model, developed under the Franco-Pakistani naval modernization program between 1997 and 2000, implements real-time threshold logic, hybrid sensor fusion, and depth-stratified ECM activation. Extensive modeling, simulation, and field validation demonstrate improved stealth, energy efficiency, and situational responsiveness. Reductions in navigation drift and ECM latency are analytically quantified, offering strategic enhancements to diesel-electric underwater defense capabilities
