Longitudinal analysis of the lung microbiome and immune status in lung transplant recipients

In this paper, we evaluated the dynamic remodeling of lung flora structure and the association between microbial community dynamics and immune status of lung transplantation recipients. Our results establish that the diversity and community composition of lung microbiota dynamically changes over time after transplantation, and these compositional changes are associated with the immune status of lung transplant recipients.
