资源简介：
The GEOCANTABRICA-COSTA network will be deployed in the NW of Spain (Asturias, León and Galicia), covering an area of 12.500 km2 with interstation distances between 40 and 45 km. In total, we will deploy 11 broadband seismic stations equipped with Nanometrics Taurus dataloggers and Nanometrics Trillium 120P sensors. The network will be augmented with broadband data from two permanent stations of the Spanish Seismological Network.
The two main goals of our network are:
- Locating and characterising the intraplate seismic activity in the west of Asturias and in the closest continental platform.
- Performing ambient noise tomography to obtain maps of s-wave velocity variations and their relationship with variscan and alpine structures.
