Transgenic CD8+ H-2KdIYSTVASSL+ T cells from the MLN of CL4-TCR and VILLIN-HA/CL4-TCR transgenic mice were sorted and stimulated in vitro with the HA512-520 peptide. Culture supernatants were analyzed for several cytokines using the cytokine bead array from BD. Cytokine quantities are depicted as pg/ml per 2.5×104 CD8+ H-2KdIYSTVASSL+ T cells. Mean values of two independent experiments with two mice, respectively are depicted.*p***p
