Whole transcriptome analysis of circulating B cells from multiple sclerosis (MS) patients and healthy donors (HD). We studied CD19+ B cell subsets obtained from peripheral blood of 10 MS patients, 10 HD. All affected individuals were treatment-naïve and all the investigations were performed at least three months after the last steroid therapy.
