16S V3-V4 metabarcoding sequencing (illumina data) of cold-smoked salmon slices for Salmonics project, 2022

36 samples were sampled from cold-smoked salmon slices. Bacterial DNA was extracted before sending the DNA sample for illumina sequencing. The samples were purchased from 3 differents plants. From each plant, biological triplicate ( from different cold smoked salmon slices) were sampled at 4 different time-points during storage ( 8d, 15d, 22d, 29d). One method of sequencing was performed on the 36 samples : 16S amplicon metagenomics (V3-V4 region) (short reads)
