Differential gene expression in peri-infarct neurons compared between Padi4-deficient and wild-type mice on day 4 after ischemic stroke

To investigate the gene expression difference in peri-infarct neurons compared between Padi4-deficient and wild-type mice on day 4 after ischemic stroke onset, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of peri-infarct neurons collected from neuron-specific Padi4-deficient and control mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data obtained from peri-infarct neurons between neuron-specific Padi4-deficient (Slc17a7-cre; Slc32a1-cre; Padi4flox/flox) and control (Padi4flox/flox) mice.
