Validating, non-validating, and ambiguous labels for the TTD, GIL, YLQ, NLV, and GLC epitopes. Labels for the CIN, LLW, LTD epitopes TCRvdb will be deposited after the upcoming IMMREP competition, as these epitopes will be part of the competition. After publication and the IMMREP competition, dataset including CIN, LLW, and LTD epitopes will be available via a github repository.
