Introduction of the high-sensitive troponin in the emergency department

Medical records (extracted from the EHR system of the cantonal hospital Winterthur in Switzerland) of patients presenting with chest pain in the emergency department (.rda file). The goal of the study was to assess the impact of the introduction of the hs-troponin assay on the discharge diagnoses and the diagnostic evaluation. The results will be published in the American Journal of Medicine (Burgstaller et al., Introduction of the high-sensitive troponin in the emergency department).
