Input data for conditional simulation of surface rainfall field (30 min accumulated rainfall) using phase annealing

The other files (rFields.npy, uEqs.npy, wts.npy, zFields.npy) or figures (eRain.png, marginals.png) are secondary and generated based on the four basic datasets. The algorithm are provided in the python script inputDisplay.py.
