Crystal Growth Characterization of WSe2 Thin Film Using Machine Learning

The data here was used in the paper "Crystal Growth Characterization of WSe2 Thin Film Using Machine Learning". segmentation_data contains the image patches and annotations used for the segmentation models segmentaton_data_full contains the full images and annotatioins used for inferencing in the segmentation models WSe2_micrographs are the images used for training the regression models WSe2_sample_labels.pkl is the coverage labels for the regression models WSe2_data_extract.pkl is the features extracted from the images using the ResNet18 pre-trained on ImageNet and MicroNet WSe2_2023-11-30_coverage_whole contains the full images used for inferencing in the regression models Codes showing the use of the data are available on github: https://github.com/reinhart-group/wse2_coverage
