This is a subproject. The main meta project involves chromosome-scale and haplotype resolved genome assembly of a tetraploid potato cultivar Otava. The cultivar Otava is a cross of two parental cultivars Hera and Stieglitz. Here all 4 haplotypes (Hera-Haplotype-1, Hera-Haplotype-2, Stieglitz-Haplotype-1, Stieglitz-Haplotype-2) in the tetraploid Otava individual were assembled at chromosome level with a haplotyping accuracy of 99.6%.This subproject provides the genome assembly Hera-Haplotype-1.
