This dataset contains cells isolated from a human breast implant fibrotic capsule. CD45+ cells were enriched prior to scRNA-seq using magnetic bead separation. Cells were sequenced at a ratio of 3:1 CD45+ cells:CD45- cells using 10x 3' Chromium (2 lanes). Files represent the Cell Ranger output from each lane. Detailed methods for tissue processing prior to scRNA-seq are provided in the original paper: PMID 37079217.
