This dataset provides a high-resolution, machine-readable cognitive and governance analysis of the report “Rapport mondial sur les confessions en matière d’IA – Édition des leaders des données”. Using the LOGIQ+ framework (inspired by the Skopein semantic and fractal architecture), the dataset models organizational maturity, AI governance practices, ethical positioning, and cognitive-discursive signals related to artificial intelligence adoption. The dataset is delivered as an ultra-granular JSON (H3 level), including multi-level heuristic scores, sub-dimensional indicators, psycholinguistic signals, and systemic risk matrices.
