To investigate the translatome in the ketogenic diet fed condition and the role of phosphoralated eIF4E in it We performed polysome sequencing on chow fed and 24h ketogenic diet fed wild type mice and chow fed eIF4E S209A/S209A mice We separated highly translated mRNA and low translated mRNA using sucrose gradient and performed comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for those high translated and low translated mRNA from fed and fasted WT livers, and fed eIF4E S209A/S209A livers
