Supervised and unsupervised swabbing on the skin microbiome

16S rRNA sequencing of the V1 - V2 hypervariable region of the skin swabs collected from four body sites: scalp, cheek, axilla and forearm. Half of the samples were collected under supervision and half unsupervised to validate remote skin microbiome sampling (both submissions where SUB14875555 is supervised samples and SUB14883787 is unsupervised samples). Supervised samples alone were used to link to psychological wellbeing data (SUB14875555 only).
