This register contains a summary record of all Conditional Leases applied for in the Land District of Corowa, kept by theCorowa Crown Land Agent.An application for a Conditional Lease would be submitted to the local Crown Land Agent, together with a deposit. Upon receipt of such an application, the Agent would enter the details into this register. Each new application was numbered in consecutive order, beginning at one at the start of each calendar year.The register records information such as the names of the Leasees, the date of application or transfer of lease, the area applied for, a description of the area applied for, the deposit and rent amounts, and conditions ordered by the Land Board, and the Conditional Purchases to which the Lease is attached.
