"This publication provides detailed estimates of income, expenses, and resource requirements for soft crawfish production. Existing soft crawfish producers need such information to help guide them in making decisions that will help reduce production costs. Because of price ceilings for the product, marketing soft crawfish would be less difficult if producers could identify and reduce production costs. Prospective soft crawfish producers also need information to help them decide whether to engage in production.
