Complete genome sequences of eight poliovirus Sabin 2-derived and five novel oral poliovirus 2-derived circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus (cVDPV) genomes with single end recombination from Botswana, 2022-2023

We report the complete genome sequences of thirteen circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus (cVDPV) genomes from environmental surveillance sampling in Botswana. Eight cVDPV Sabin 2-derived and five cVDPV nOPV2-derived genomes all with single end recombination within the P3 region of the genome.
