Transcriptome analysis of different developmental stages of Aspergillus oryzae. Aspergillus oryzae strain:3042

The gene expression profile and metabolic pathways of A. oryzae underlying the anatomical and morphological differentiation across different developmental stages have not been fully characterized. The rapid development of next-generation sequencing provides advanced knowledge of the genomic organization of A. oryzae. In this project, we characterized the growth and development of A. oryzae at different growth stages, including the adaptive phase, logarithmic phase and stationary phase, which revealed A. oryzae undergo the physiological and morphological differentiation across different stages.
