Sorghum bicolor Raw sequence reads

The goal of this study is to provide a genomic resource for the sorghum research community to facilitate effective quantitative genomic dissection of chilling tolerance in sorghum. This multiparental population was generated by crossing chilling-sensitive BTx623 with three chilling-tolerant Chinese accessions, Hong Ke Zi, Kaoliang, and Niu Sheng Zui.
