Study of community of bacteria and fungi in bulk soils treated with different cover crops

We investigated the changes on bacterial and fungal community structures in bulk soils incorporated with rye (R) and hairy vetch (HV) cover crops, and mixture of them (M) in comparison with control (C) soil. A pot experimental level was conducted in 2017. Fresh cover crops residue was incorporated into the soil, which was then collected at the middle of residual decomposition process, i.e., at 25 days after the incorporation. DNA of the collected soil were extracted and objected to the 16S rRNA and ITS sequencing approaches.
