Lumen Segmentation Dataset

This is part of the dataset used in the article Using spatial-temporal ensembles of convolutional neural networks for lumen segmentation in ureteroscopy [1]. The dataset is composed of 2,673 labeled frames from 6 patients undergoing Ureteroscopy. The labels correspond to the segmentation masks of the ureter lumen.
