Overall design: Single cell RNA-sequence experiments: Heart tissues were harvested from mice 2 weeks post myocardial infarction (MI) surgery. sham surgery + NS (Sham-NS), MI + NS (MI-NS) , and MI + dapagliflozin (MI-DAPA).
