This lab is done by a group of 4 people, and these sites are located at Grassland and Woodlot in York University. The time was 10:50 a.m. Friday October 24, 2014, and the weather this day was sunny. The air temperature wasw 9 Degree Celsius with the wind speed was 21 km/hour.
The 10 quadrats (1m*1m) are placed randomly for both sites. For each quadrat, the number of species and the number of individuals for each species are counted. Each transect is 25 meters long and placed randomly.
