Singscores: Gene-level count matrices were imported into DESeq2 in R, and normalised using DESeq2 size factor-based normalisation. Log2-transformed counts were used as input for rank-based single sample scoring by singscore. Each sample was independently scored for enrichment against gene sets from the Hallmark collection of the MSigDB database, accessed using the msigdbr package (v25.1.1).
Singscore z-scores: Singscores within treatment groups were z-scored.
