The accumulation of pathogenic mutations is critical for colorectal cancer development, however the diversity of oncogenic driver gene mutations in colorectal polyps with low-grade dysplasia (LGD) is incomplete. This study aimed to characterise the exonic mutational landscape of low-grade bowel neoplasia and use it for risk modelling.
