Transcriptional analysis between Streptomyces clavuligerus ATCC 27064 and a pSCL4- S. clavuligerus mutant

The objective is to analyze the differential expression between the wild strain and a pSCL4- S. clavuligerus mutant Experiment type Expression profiling by array Nine experimental conditions were assayed, two strains (S. clavuligerus ATCC 27064 and S. clavuligerus pSCL4-), in three and six culture times, respectively (12h, 36h, 70.5h for S. clavuligerus ATCC 27064; and 12h, 22.5h, 36h, 46.5h, 60h, 70.5h for S. clavuligerus pSCL4-). Two biological replicates for each condition.
