Pharmacogenomic drug-response and RNA-seq data for ML-mechanistic modeling

This dataset contains pharmacogenomic drug-response and RNA-seq data used for machine-learning and mechanistic-modeling studies of cancer drug response. The release includes DepMap RNA-seq and sample metadata, LINCS landmark-gene information, and PharmacoSet objects obtained from PharmacoDB for CCLE, CTRPv2, GDSC1, GDSC2, NCI-60, FIMM, gCSI, GRAY, PRISM, and UHNBreast (https://pharmacodb.ca/datasets). The PharmacoDB files preserve the source PharmacoSet objects so that standardized drug-response metrics and, where available, raw dose-response measurements can be extracted and reanalyzed. This version replaces the previously included GDSC1 and GDSC2 fitted dose-response CSV files with PharmacoDB PharmacoSet objects. The earlier CSV files remain available through the preceding Zenodo version for reproducibility of analyses based on those datasets.
