Dengue cases per department in Santa Fe Province, Argentina, 2009-2020

In this database, we describe dengue cases by department in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina between the years 2009 and 2020. The database is divided into three parts: (1) Cases in each department for each year together with total incidence between 2009-2020 calculated based on the 2009 population size. (2) Yearly incidence of cases in each department calculated using yearly population size estimates from census projections. (3) The population size estimates from census projections for each department for each year. All incidence calculations are per 10,000 people.
