FootAlignmentScans

FootAlignmentScans is an image dataset of weight-bearing plantar 3D foot scans collected for research on computational screening of lower-limb alignment. The dataset was developed to support machine learning analysis of plantar foot morphology for multi-class classification tasks, including arch type, hindfoot alignment, and frontal-plane knee alignment. The dataset contains plantar scan images derived from static, full-weight-bearing 3D foot scans. Each scan corresponds to an individual foot and is associated with limb-specific alignment labels used in the accompanying study. The dataset is intended for reproducible research in medical image analysis, musculoskeletal screening, plantar morphology analysis, and multimodal deep learning. Due to file size, the plantar scan image dataset is deposited on Zenodo.
