Genetic Loci Associated with Winter Survivorship in Diverse Lowland Switchgrass Populations Raw sequence reads. Switchgrass mosaic-associated virus

Bulk-segregant analyses for winter survivorship in multiple lowland switchgrass populations were performed using exome capture sequencing data. The analysis revealed numerous genetic markers associated with winter survivorship, some specific to individual populations and others broadly associated across populations from different geographic origins. These markers could be highly useful for accelerating the breeding process to improve winter survivorship of lowland switchgrass and broaden its adaptation zone.
