62 samples from 2007-2012 from a single village. DNA extracted from a clean sweep of the plate and sequencing was done using the Illumina HiSeq 4000. PacBio RS II was used to sequence one sample (MT-0080) and these reads and the assembly are provided. DNA for the long read sequencing (and MiSeq data to polish) was obtained from a single colony.
