Evidence for Enhancer Activity in Intron 1 of TNFRSF1A Using CRISPR/Cas9 in Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell-derived Macrophages
收藏资源简介:
Use of CRISPR/Cas9 technology to study the TNFRSF1A gene, which plays a key role in autoimmune diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, multiple sclerosis, and inflammatory bowel disease. By editing a specific regulatory element within the TNFRSF1A locus, we have identified the role of an enhancer element that is not well understood. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Figure 1 ATAC, H3K4me3, H3K27ac, H3K4me1 bigwigs for CD4, CD8 and CD14 are included -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Figure 2 ATAC, H3K4me3 and H3K27ac from iPSC Derived Macrophages are included --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
