In this study we investigated variation in responsiveness to anti-PD-1 using a model where we implanted the MC38 colorectal cancer cell line in genetically diverse host mice. To quantify differences in gene expression between tumors from responder and non-responder lines,we profiled four tumors from each of three responder lines and three non-responder lines. Of the four tumors from each line, two were treated with anti-PD-1 and two were treated with isotype control antibody.
