Effect of iliopsoas release on respiratory parameters in patients with chronic low back ache

Effect of iliopsoas release on respiratory parameters (FVC,FEV1) in patients with chronic low back pain. Outcome measures used in study were NPRS, MODQ, PFT. Measurements were taken at baseline and on 2nd week.本研究旨在探讨髂腰肌松解术（iliopsoas release）对慢性下腰痛患者呼吸参数[用力肺活量（Forced Vital Capacity, FVC）、第一秒用力呼气容积（Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second, FEV1）]的影响。本研究所采用的结局指标包括数字疼痛评分量表（Numeric Pain Rating Scale, NPRS）、MODQ与肺功能检查（Pulmonary Function Test, PFT），所有测量均于基线期及术后第2周完成。
