通过对氢气长管拖车压力容器传感器获取的氢气泄漏量、当前压力、介质温度、剩余电量等数据,按一定的上下限标准进行预警风险值计算,根据预警风险值确定预警风险级别进行预警提示。同时可据此定期开展预警分析,排查风险点位,对多发预警的长管拖车及地点位置开展检查,排除隐患,确保安全,是对氢气长管拖车运行过程中实时预警的必要有益补充。一是数据采集由本单位安全信息平台根据采集到的氢气长管拖车传感信息定时更新导出数据;二是数据处理由本单位业务部门对导出的氢气泄漏量等数据进行整理、查错等,剔除经纬度位置明显不对的错误数据;三是数据分析,按照氢气泄漏在1%LEL以下为正常计风险分值0分、1%LEL至10%LEL计50分、10%LEL以上计100分来计算泄漏风险值,介质温度在-40℃至40℃间为正常计0分、-40℃以下计100分、40℃至60℃间计50分、60℃以上计100分来计算温度风险值,当前压力在15MPa以下为正常计0分、15MPa至20MPa间计50分、20MPa以上计100分来计算压力风险值,剩余电量在30%以上为正常计0分、20%至30%间计50分、20%以下计100分来计算电量风险值,以上四项分值累计算出预警风险值,100分以下为正常绿色级别、100分至200分(不含)为黄色、200分至300分(不含)为橙色、300分及以上为红色;四是数据应用,对绿色级别可不用关注,对黄色级别进行异常关注、每周开展检查,对橙色级别进行重点检查、次日开展检查确认,对红色级别进行特别核查、当日及时开展检查,同时每月汇总预警情况。

This dataset conducts early warning risk score calculation based on data such as hydrogen leakage volume, current pressure, medium temperature, and remaining battery capacity collected by sensors of hydrogen tube trailer pressure vessels, following preset upper and lower limit standards, and issues early warning prompts according to the determined early warning risk level. It can also be used to conduct regular early warning analysis, identify risk points, carry out inspections on hydrogen tube trailers with frequent warnings and their corresponding locations, eliminate hidden dangers and ensure safety, serving as a necessary and valuable supplement to real-time early warning during the operation of hydrogen tube trailers. 1. Data Collection: The safety information platform of our unit regularly updates and exports data based on the collected sensor information of hydrogen tube trailers; 2. Data Processing: The business department of our unit organizes and validates the exported data such as hydrogen leakage volume, and eliminates erroneous data with obviously incorrect longitude and latitude coordinates; 3. Data Analysis: The leakage risk score is calculated as follows: 0 points for normal when hydrogen leakage is below 1% Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), 50 points for 1% LEL to 10% LEL, and 100 points for above 10% LEL. The temperature risk score is calculated as: 0 points for normal when medium temperature is between -40℃ and 40℃, 100 points for below -40℃, 50 points for 40℃ to 60℃, and 100 points for above 60℃. The pressure risk score is calculated as: 0 points for normal when current pressure is below 15 megapascals (MPa), 50 points for 15 MPa to 20 MPa, and 100 points for above 20 MPa. The remaining battery capacity risk score is calculated as: 0 points for normal when remaining battery capacity is above 30%, 50 points for 20% to 30%, and 100 points for below 20%. The early warning risk score is the sum of the above four scores, and the risk level is determined as: Normal (Green Level) for scores below 100, Yellow Level for scores between 100 and 200 (exclusive), Orange Level for scores between 200 and 300 (exclusive), and Red Level for scores of 300 or above; 4. Data Application: No special attention is required for the Green Level. For the Yellow Level, abnormal attention shall be paid and weekly inspections shall be conducted. For the Orange Level, key inspections shall be carried out and confirmation checks shall be performed the next day. For the Red Level, special verification shall be implemented and on-site inspections shall be conducted timely on the same day. In addition, early warning situations shall be summarized on a monthly basis.
