The therapeutic effect of extracellular vesicles isolated from tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of retinal degenerative disease

To evaluate the differences in gene expression on RPE-1 cells under various culture conditions including stressful environment, we added the extracellular vesicles ± all-trans-retinal to the cells. After RNA extraction from RPE-1 cells, transcriptome sequencing, k-means clustering, and enrichment analysis were performed using the iDEP web application.
