This dataset comprises the stable isotopes values of 341 analyzed melted ice samples from 19 cores collected in James Bay and Belcher Islands in 2019.  _Stable isotopes were used to estimate the river eater incorporation into the land fast sea ice (left plot) and the salinity of the water that the sea ice grew from (right plot)._
